My Question or Issue

We have setup a Web App that connects with Spotify and allows music playback in the web browser, and everything works properly. However, we're encountering an odd issue where users in Asia are unable to play music properly. These users can authenticate properly, but whenever they try to play music via Spotify, it fails and we see the error "This functionality is restricted to premium users only". This does not happen for users in the US.

Here's some of the basic details of our app:

The Spotify account associated with our Client ID uses Spotify Premium
These users in Asia have Premium Spotify accounts
We're using the Authorization PKCE flow
We're using the Web API and the Web Playback SDK

Any suggestions on how to dig deeper into this issue?
