We have diligently followed the instructions provided on your website and submitted the Hardware Partner Application(Not use a system integrator) nearly two months ago, but we have not yet received a response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#000000"&gt;Could you please direct us to the appropriate contact person in charge of this issue? We followed the &lt;A href="https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/commercial-hardware/onboarding" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;onboarding steps&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; and completed a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="" href="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScawLOKdjegmKoIan9CJRiqrXDmBJ5-rLPa29hXJkSUPC1SCA/viewform" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Hardware Partner Application&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;in MARCH. That is FOUR MONTHS ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To add insult to injury, I've become embroiled in some kafta-eque saga with the&amp;nbsp;Service Desk &amp;amp; Certomato Access, who are being incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How are we supposed to perform a hardware integration with Spotify if not by following the official documentation?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Customer service claims they don't have any contact information of the development department either, so they keep telling me to go to the developer website (which is a dead end) and/or use this community forum (which includes multiple unresolved threads like this).
