[WEB API] Follow playlist vs Add to Library

Hello,
The Web API still offers endpoint to follow / unfollow a playlist and to check if a user follows a playlist, but I don't see this action in Spotify anymore, it seems to have been replaced with "Add to Library", which doesn't seem to be the same action.
What's the plan here? Are you planning on adding API endpoints to check whether the user has added the playlist to their library?

The terminology of the app has moved faster than the API. But if you are following a playlist, you have added it to your library. So to add/save/follow, or check if it is added/saved/following, should be the same.
