Some companies get away with literal quiz trivia games.&lt;BR /&gt;Like Hitster for example: &lt;A href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.jumbo.hitster&amp;amp;hl=en" target="_blank"&gt;https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.jumbo.hitster&amp;amp;hl=en&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is literally using the Playback API of Spotify to guess music tunes. It is crazy, they are not even upholding their own Terms of Service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The rules forbid making games like "guess the name of the song" and so on.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you explain what this is about?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to use preview songs, show the artist and a link to his spotify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All such posts on the forum remained unanswered.&lt;BR /&gt;So I'll try my luck and get an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will I have to use another service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
