The quiz game, maybe it's time to answer?

The rules forbid making games like "guess the name of the song" and so on.
Can you explain what this is about?

I wanted to use preview songs, show the artist and a link to his spotify.

All such posts on the forum remained unanswered.
So I'll try my luck and get an answer.

Will I have to use another service?

I wonder what the reason for this decision is? Would it no mean more sales for spotify if more people use apps that require a spotify membership?

They are not even applying it fairly. Some companies get away with literal quiz trivia games.
Like Hitster for example: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.jumbo.hitster&hl=en
It is literally using the Playback API of Spotify to guess music tunes. It is crazy, they are not even upholding their own Terms of Service.

I was wondering about that.
I was making something like this with their API and having a lot of fun, then I read this in the terms and now I wonder if I should continue.
