Getting 403 Error For Specific Spotify Account with API Request

My Question or Issue

Hello, I am getting error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()" for my request to api.spotify.com/v1/me or when attempting to search to api.spotify.com/v1/search?q=bts&type=track . It is a project that I am doing that follows Implicit Grant Flow and I have the scopes as "user-read-private user-read-email playlist-modify-public playlist-modify-private". I have tested it with 2 accounts and 1 account works but the other returns this error. I have tried in Chrome, Incognito window, Edge and InPrivate window but it is the same thing. It does also show that the access token is being returned in the URL. Not sure if it is relevant but the account that works was created with going through the sign up with google option and the other that does not work was created regularly through entering an email to sign up with Spotify. Is there something that I am missing to get it to work with the Spotify account created with regular sign-up? I look forward to any assistance, thank you.

It sounds like you have two accounts trying to use the same application. Have you made sure to add your second account email in Dashboard under User Management for your app?
