Hi I am looking to integrate Spotify on my app so my users can listen to songs both online and offline, please suggest how to do, i am building flutter based app and hence need all iOs, Andriod and web together.

Also which premium license I should buy?

Third-party apps can't control Spotify when it's offline, because all requests go through the internet.

I just found out that you can control Spotify without a network connection with apps built with the Spotify Android- and iOS SDK. You can read more about it at this page.
