Does my project fall under the category of "game"?

I'm looking at creating an app that allows users to create and join "contests", where each user submits a selection of songs and then the participants listen to each song and vote on how much they like/dislike a given song. Each contest would have its own leaderboard, showcasing which participant has submitted the most liked songs.

My question is whether this violates the terms of usage for the api under the following point:

"Do not create a game, including trivia quizzes."

I can see how it could be considered a game, however the "gameplay" is essentially just listening to a song and giving an opinion on it, so I'm not quite sure whether or not this would qualify as a valid use case?
