I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share an idea that could provide additional flexibility for your diverse user base while potentially boosting revenue.

I would like to propose two alternative paid plan options:

Credit-Based Prepaid Plan:
Users could purchase credits upfront at a rate of one dollar per credit, with each credit granting a specific duration of playback—up to 60 minutes per credit. This model allows users to control their spending based on their listening habits, and it could be especially appealing for those who prefer a pay-as-you-go approach without committing to a fixed monthly subscription.
Postpaid Monthly Billing:
Alternatively, offering a postpaid billing option where users are charged at the end of each month based on their actual usage could attract customers who value flexibility. This system would enable users to enjoy the service and pay for what they use, making it a potentially attractive option for both light and heavy users.

Both options could serve as a way to tailor the Spotify experience to different usage patterns, potentially drawing in a broader range of customers and enhancing overall user satisfaction.
