I am losing hope that my extension will be approved, each time it gets rejected with different reasons. It's just a simple web app, using their embed/iframe so should be following their design guidelines. The latest feedback requires me to implement a mechanism for users to disconnect from the site, plus add an enforceable end user agreement.

I think I am going to ditch Spotify for this app and look at using something like SoundCloud, maybe Apple Music?

Hi, I am looking for some support around my app's rejection for an extended quota.

Spotify provided their reasons, however I am confused with these ones in particular:

- Modifies any Spotify visual content, e.g. cropping album artwork, overlaying images on album artwork, placing their brand/logo on album artwork

- Metadata, cover art and audio content must be accompanied by a Spotify logo and a link back to the applicable artist, album, track, or playlist on the Spotify Service

Within my app, there is no cropping of *album* artwork, no images are overlayed, and nothing is placed on any artwork. I do crop artist images to a circle, which is identical to Spotify's UI, but I do not crop any other artwork used. I'm not sure this is a valid reason for rejection - why can't I follow the same design principles of Spotify's app itself?

Additionally, anywhere that artists / albums etc. are displayed, there is a button that allows the user to "Open in Spotify". I'm confused as to how this is not sufficient?

Is there any contact information for the approval team so that I can ask for more details / examples to support the rejection, so that I can correct the issues?

This community is pretty much like a ghost town, the Spotify team aren’t responding much
