Extension Request rejected for the wrong reason

So I recently submitted an extension request for my AI-powered app, and it was rejected due to the reason that it "ingests Spotify content into a machine-learning and AI model," which isn't true and is an incorrect assumption the review team made

The way my app works is that a user will enter in some keywords related to their song/artist preferences, then an AI agent will analyze those keywords, and come up with a list of songs, which will then be added into the a playlist in the user's account.

The only thing the AI does is spit out a list of songs, and it doesn't get to see any Spotify content.

Now my question is: What can I do? This is obviously a misunderstanding, so I'm wondering if there's a way to reach out to them or have this corrected. I know the pinned post mentions that if it's rejected, it's best to simply correct the error and resubmit it, but the issue here is that there's no error to correct. Does anyone have experience with this or know of any steps I can take?
