I have the idea to put a Ai in spotify that identifies the mood of the people using it by seeing the past data, by asking the some questions to the user so that It can suggest the best song for the user hence the user will spend more time on spotify

You wouldn't be able to "put AI inside the official Spotify app," as they don't allow third-party developers to modify their software. But you could develop an API for that 🙂
