can't find a way to satisfy 'turn off ad blocker' requirements

Have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge in various configurations (private, disable all extensions, etc)

My Question or Issue

I keep getting the message popup:

"Search Error

An error occurred during your search. If you have an ad blocker enabled, please disable it and try again."

I've tried numerous combinations of: completely disabling my VPN and all of its ad or privacy-related functions, multiple browsers (as described above) with all extensions disabled, all ad blocking or other privacy-related features disabled, in private mode, etc. Can't seem to find a combination that satisfies the 'disable ad blocker' requirement for spotlistr.com

Suggestions on what to try next, or what I might be missing?
