I'm having the same issue on every device since installing spicetify and the popuplyrics extension, on my laptop. The extension stopped the normal lyrics mode from displaying anything. Have uninstalled spicetify and popuplyrics, reinstalled spotify, reset cache, reset password, signed out everywhere. Nothing has fixed it.

This is a help category for application developers utilizing the spotify API...

It sounds like your problem relates to usage of the platform itself or an extension, which would be best addressed under a different spotify help category, or directed to the extension itself.
