&lt;P&gt;I'm here to inform you that you cannot use the Audio Features endpoint anymore. Also, the Developer Terms and Policy prohibit the use of Spotify's data in a machine learning model.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i read recently in spotify web api documentation we can't use the avaliable data (such as the audio features or other track-level attributes) to train machine learning or AI models. ref: &lt;A href="https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/get-audio-features" target="_blank"&gt;https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/get-audio-features&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my question is if i can still use this kinda data for academic research, university projects, or a thesis, focused on data analysis or generative AI, as long as it is non-commercial and properly attributes Spotify as the data source?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i just want to make sure my possible future project follows up the terms of use, so if someone could crarify what I can and cannot do, I'd appreciate that&lt;/P&gt;</description>
