Unable to create a new app

Hi, everyone!
I need to create a new app on the developer dashboard.
Originally, I had two apps, but I deleted one in order to create a new one.
Now I only have one app, but the "Create App" button is still unavailable.

I'm not sure why—other streamers, including myself, have been able to do this before, but now I can't.
I urgently need to create this new app in order to broadcast my live streams.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

There has been a change that limits Spotify Premium users to create more than one Development Mode app. You are free to use your Client ID you already have for your different apps though. Be aware you sometimes need to add an extra redirect URI to the Dashboard if your app.
