Hiiii, I'm running into an issue with Apple's App Store review.

Apple is flagging album cover art in my app screenshots and asking for written proof that I'm allowed to display it. The art isn't stored in my app (it's pulled live from the Spotify API), the screenshots also include reviews from users and Spotify attribution - but Apple wants documentation before they'll approve the app.

Would I be able to get confirmation that my app is a registered Spotify Developer Application and that displaying cover art via the Spotify API is permitted under the Developer Terms? I just need something official to show Apple.

I recommend replying to Apple's App Review team with the following points:

Developer Terms: State that your app is a registered Spotify Developer Application and that your use of metadata (including album art) is governed by the Spotify Developer Terms. Specifically, point them to the section regarding Intellectual Property and Content.
