Hello Spotify Developer Team,

I'm independently working on an app called Touchless that allows users to do general control of their PC using hand gestures and voice controls using any sort of webcam or microphone or even connecting your phone instead. I'm planning on having it on the Microsoft Store soon and eventually Apple's app store for MacOS. I want to be able to control music with my hand/voice controls via the Spotify Web API. I have been developing this for quite sometime and have it working for myself. But in order to get this to be usable I've seen I need a different developer mode.

I don't see (or maybe just missed) anything being against the guidlines. Is it possible to do this?

I understand you have built an app that can also be controlled with voice commands.

Unfortunately, the Spotify Developer Policy prohibits this kind of functionality.
