There is an option to authorize user to use shows' API by client-ID.

My Question or Issue

1. Is there any option to get authorization by sending username/email and password as parameters in API?
As we have created an Application on developer account and attached a user with that application.
I want to use shows' API to show playlist on my website.

2. Is there any option to play show's track on my own player?

The answer to the first question is no. See the FAQ at the bottom of the authorization guide. You only need to authorize your account once so I don't understand why you would want to do this.

I want to use shows' API to show playlist on my website.

Then use the playlist endpoints. All of the available endpoints are clearly documented at https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/.
