My Question or Issue

I was interested in integrating Spotify with the Roblox metaverse, allowing people to listen to music together. This would be to no benefit of my own and simply allow users to listen to music together. However, my quota extension requests have been declined for being "not part of the regular usage," and reasons not pertaining to my application were provided for the denial. This is definitely something that is regular usage of the streaming API as Discord has a similar feature where you can listen to music with your friends, this is just in a different setting.

Provided reasons for denial:

The Spotify Platform can not be used to create games or trivia quizzes.There is no game being created using the Spotify Platform. This is simply an integration to a metaverse experience and the experience has existed since 2017 without using Spotify. Nothing is being created using the Spotify Platform, I am simply connecting users to be able to listen to music together.
Synchronization: Spotify content is used in the background of visual media, such as advertising, film, TV programs, livestreams, slideshow videos (etc.) This policy is stating that the content is not able to be used in visual media such, which are defined as all being video based. In no way is a metaverse "visual media" and the content is not being streamed to anyone besides the end user who is using the Spotify application to listen to music. This makes no sense and does not even remotely pertain to my application.
