Ads on Spotify Web API?

My Question or Issue

Hi, I am planning to make an app with Spotify Web API.

To my understanding, the API enables us to play music on our original apps.

I have several questions here:

1.Do the ads play between tracks as usual?

2.Or does it depend on whether my developer account is preamium or not?

3.When a track is played via API, does the artist receive a profit?

I should have had a mistake.

The way we play music on our original apps is not Web API, but Web Playback SDK...isn't it?

On the SDK, user logs in with his own account, which means nothing is different from usual Spotify app.

Am I right?
