Audio Preview Clips Policy

Hello, I am thinking of creating a mobile app where users can listen to the audio preview version of the track and have the functionality to navigate to the Spotify app if they want to listen to the full version of the song. In other words, it's the mobile version of https://discoverquickly.com/, featured in https://developer.spotify.com/community/showcase/.
I want to double-check that I am not violating SPOTIFY DEVELOPER POLICY regarding Audio Preview Clips 2(d)

I haven't, but I am pretty sure it's not violation of the policy if you present Audio Preview Clip with the Spotify link available for the content.

I have the same question, I want to publish an iOS app that display some tracks, and with the possibility to listen to these audio clips, I need to know if it's not a violation of the policy (copyrights ?) in both sides, Apple and Spotify. Let me know if you have the answer 🙂
