topic Design Guidelines Clarification for Attribution / Linking in Spotify for Developers

I have been reading through the Design Guidelines before submitting my app for a quota extension. My app has a playing view which I would like to make sure is compliant with Spotify's standards.

Under "Attribution," the attribution.svg graphic shows potential displays. My application's play screen follows this format, with the Spotify logo up to, then the album art, the track info, and play controls.

Later, under "Linking to Spotify," the linking-to-spotify.svg graphic shows a similar view but instead of having the Spotify logo up to, it says "GET SPOTIFY FREE" beneath the track information.

Is either format acceptable? I like the top one more, and I currently have it where if you click the Spotify logo, it will open up the Spotify app to play in Spotify. I am confused because I don''t see the "GET SPOTIFY FREE" or other similar buttons in the other example graphics. Should I have both? I wouldn't think so, but I figured it would be best to ask here.
