<title>topic Design Guidelines Clarification for Authentication in Spotify for Developers</title>
    <link>https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-for-Developers/Design-Guidelines-Clarification-for-Authentication/m-p/5472622#M7351</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;In the Design / Branding guide, I do not see anything about authentication. Is a simple button that says "Connect to Spotify" fine? The suggested text for linking of "OPEN SPOTIFY" or "PLAY ON SPOTIFY" etc. don't seem to fit this case, and if using the online web API, it never really opens Spotify so this verbiage doesn't seem right. Does Spotify have requirements for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
