My Question or Issue

I'm trying to access the Spotify Dashboard at https://developer.spotify.com/dashboard/applications so I can get a Spotify Web API key to use spotify-qt (a lightweight Spotify client) however the website just infinitely loads and never finishes. Pinging developer.spotify.com and I get a Time to live exceeded response.

I have restarted my router, changed routes (my ISP allows me to change the route where my router goes and I tested all three) and the only way I was able to access the website was through using a VPN or proxy.

Update 01/03: I'm still unable to access the https://developer.spotify.com website without using a VPN or proxy.
