I think it's pretty hard to reach anyone from Spotify support, but I'll try their Twitter @SpotifyPlatform.

This is something that can possibly be answered on our Spotify for Developers page here. You may submit a new thread about this issue and an expert will get back to you as soon as possible. You may have to use CSS styles that customize the website at hand to remedy this if you’re looking for consistent borders.
