My Question or Issue

Hi,

I recently developed an application (2019) that leveraged Spotify premium user authentication and song playback APIs to play music within the application. The application is called Play It Again (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/play-it-again-music-game/id1469219714).

The intent of the application is to "gamify" the music experience. We are currently working on some updates to the application; enabling it for Android platform as well; however, during testing we realized that there seems to be an error when trying to authenticate the Spotify premium account. This has never happened before; the application worked as before just about 2 weeks ago. We are making sure that any playback in the application requires users to have a Spotify premium account. Has anything changed on the API front that we should be aware of? Anything we need to change to make sure the APIs actually work?

Btw, the terms of service state that you can't create games using the API. You'll probably get your app rejected during the review process.
