Removing Certain Tracks not Working

My Question or Issue

When using the Spotify API (specifically, through Spotipy), certain requests to remove tracks don't work. 95% of them do.

I am in fact sending the linked_from uri when appropriate. The tracks that don't remove successfully are not linked_from another track.

Out of the thousands of unique tracks, it doesn't work for all of the tracks for 2 artists in particular.

The tracks are at the appropriate index in the playlist when they fail. I'm out of ideas, is there something special about certain artists?
