[Community][Developer] Don't fail when using single quotes in the title for a new idea

When submitting a new idea on https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ideas/ct-p/newideas, the process fails when using a single quote (') with the following error:

"Oops... something went wrong there. Please try again."

Using firefox 109.0.1 on Linux Mint.
