I am having the same issue. I have windows 11 pro, a premium spotify account, and IIS is enabled.

Same. In settings there is only the Basic Information tab available that shows this error. In apps I've made previously, the basic info tab loads fine but the user management and extension requests tabs also show this error. Can't event delete the broken apps.

Win11, premium spotify.

Glad I'm not the only one that's having this issue. Anyone have any suggestions for a fix? Or is it a client issue?

I contacted the Support.
They told me that they will inform the Spotify Developer Team.

Please do the same on your side 🙂

in the responce file i see the error we're getting for the settings tab is a 504 error
