Which endpoint does work, and how do you get an access token? And, are you a Spotify Premium subscriber?

"https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/player/queue" works and I get an valid response and I use the authorization access token

Multiple endpoints use those URLs, that require different scopes and methods.

Some require a Spotify Premium subscription of the user to work.
