Spotify price in Switzerland!

Hi I wanted to subscribe Spotify Premium but I dont understand why I have to pay 2 CHF more only because I'm located in Switzerland.

In Switzerland we have a VAT of 8% in Italy they hawe a VAT of 22% and I have to pay more in Switzerland that in Italy?

Price in Italy: 9.99 €

Price in Switzerland: 12.95 CHF

At the current change the price in Switzerland should be 10.92 CHF

But because the difference of VAT should be: 9.70 CHF and not 12.95 CHF.

How do you justify this difference?

I allready inform the Surveillance of Swiss Price in Switzerland about this situation.

Each time Spotify launches in a new territory, they need to negotiate with that country’s record labels, and other rights holders in relation to music licensing fees. They set their pricing at the level believed fair for consumers, rights holders, and Spotify, while remaining a low-margin business.

This is not a satisfactory answer.

I protest against this policy that tries to spill money for Swiss users.

I'm leaving on border to Italy, and I'm using the service in Italy too, but I have to pay Swiss price?

I will not subscribe this service until you will not equaly treat your users.
