Hi,

i paid for premium after submitting my student documentation - can u pls ensure I get a refund for the difference and am charged the student rate going forward?

It's not possible to get a refund for the time you weren't on the discount. No need to worry though, you'll start paying at the discounted rate on your next renewal date if you successfully signed up for the discount.

I paid on the same day - nearly an hour apart. That’s ridiculous..
