    <description>&lt;P&gt;Payed 10 bucks for a Spotify gift card to renew my service.&amp;nbsp; Just dropped to free, and keeps bugging me about getting the family plan.&amp;nbsp; Snoused around and figured it's prolly cuz I have a Spotify app on my computer too, so I wont be burning up my phone all the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried everything the help articles said, signed in, signed out, etc.&amp;nbsp; Not linked to a FB account cuz I hate facebook.&amp;nbsp; And seriously...NO actual customer service HUMANS I can talk to?&amp;nbsp; Actually call, and talk to a live person?&amp;nbsp; I'm really getting fed up with this kinda lame and lazy "customer service".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In any case, I WILL NOT be paying extra just cuz I had Spotify on my computer (and even tried logging out of it to fix the issue).&amp;nbsp; I am an adult with disabilities, and on a fixed, rather skim, income.&amp;nbsp; So 10$ is not just pocket change!&amp;nbsp; I am quite tired of dealing with stuff like this.&amp;nbsp; In fact, it's pretty doubtful I'm going to continue using Spotify or any other subscription services, when I can just buy simple, old school discs for a ONE TIME fee, own it myself, and not be subject to "smart" technology fails, losing my music CUZ of errors or lack of money, or poor (non-existent) customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yeah, technically the community is offered for problem resolution, yes.&amp;nbsp; But, isn't that kinda like a mom who doesn't, say, wanna have the "birds and bees" talk with her kid, so she says, "Go ask our friends."&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Nope.&amp;nbsp; Not good enough.&amp;nbsp; Yet another very disapointing thing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if this is isn't in the right area, I apologize if it's inconvenienced anyone.&amp;nbsp; Forums are really confusing for me with the disabilities I have.&amp;nbsp; Only posting cuz I'm not gonna keep quiet about this shoddy treatment anymore, and because others might be interested in how much of a racket a monthly subscription is when you can BUY and own your music, permanently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm autistic, and I guess my explanatioms can sound like they're coming from an old English professor, I guess.&amp;nbsp; Plus I was cranky, lol.&amp;nbsp; It just seems that so many things are overly complicated, and not easy to fix e.e&amp;nbsp; Frankly that gets a little old...but anyway...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Summary o' issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was getting dinged to renew my service, or I would lose my saved music (aka a downgrade to free account).&amp;nbsp; I clicked on the "renew now" link (several diff. times) and it kept bugging me with the "family plan" being my only renewal option.&amp;nbsp; I started service with the ordinary, 10$ free account, NOT the 15$ family account.&amp;nbsp; So I bought a 10$ renewal card, and used it (cuz that's what I had always done before, no issues)...receipt shows up on my account, so it did take it.&amp;nbsp; But a while later, I was downgraded to a free account, and have not been able to fix it as of yet.&amp;nbsp; Making me believe that it's seeing me as having TWO accounts, because I had offline music from my spotify account downloaded on both my phone, and my computer (spotify apps on both).&amp;nbsp; I looked into help topics, etc, did all of the suggestions.&amp;nbsp; Logging off on my computer, logging off..and on again on my phone, and other things that were mentioned.&amp;nbsp; Still, my phone account remains "free" and wants me to renew a "family" 15$ account, which I NEVER used, or payed for before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My fixed income is merely a suplement aid, not even full disability (very small) and this whole issue is simply not correct.&amp;nbsp; Being aspi (autistic), things being out-of-order, so to speak, and SO difficult to fix...can actually be quite impacting &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tongue:"&gt;😛&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well in any case, hopefully that shed some light for you.&amp;nbsp; If not, feel free to ask any question you might have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
