hi, i got an offer on twitter for discounted price for 3 month premium. i create account by email. and after confirm payment i got email to verify, and ok, payment was suceess.i got random number and word as username

trying to login on windows spotify app, and it said im not a premium user. i try to double check but still not a premium. can u help me with this??

just fixed it, i contact Spotify support by email, and then they respond it, i gave them some screenshoot of my account status and in application. few hours later, it fixed. u should try to contact them directly. it seems they dont check this portal frequently
