My Question or Issue

Hello! My friend decided to surprise me with a Spotify Premium gift code! However, he resides in another country (Germany), and I was unable to redeem it. Is there any way to have the code redeemed? I have the direct code from my friend, and we were both extremely disappointed.

Any suggestions? Or can a Spotify staff member get back to me on how I can redeem this?

Hey @ElleinadCZ,

Unfortunately, Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased.
