My Question or Issue

HI there,

I am trying to place an order using paypal payment method. When I select it , it s raising an error before starting anything.

Then I 've switched to CC payment method, nothing to do, payment is not going through. Getting an error "

Le paiement a échoué. Veuillez réessayer, ou utilisez un autre mode de paiement. Obtenir de l'aide"

I have tried with 2 credit cards ,no success...

Has someone came across a similar issue?

I get the same error. If I choose PayPal, and click "continue", I get an error message: "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method. "

If I instead use credit/debit card, I enter all the necessary information, click continue again, and get the exact same error. Tried with 2 different cards as well, Visa and MasterCard.

I tried this on Safari on my iPhone, Chrome on iPhone, Chrome on PC, and Edge on PC. Same error on all of them.

I have tried with my Mastercard and Visa CC. I will try again tomorrow morning BST.

Is there a way to directly raise this P1 issue...

It actually worked the next day...was expecting a more robust payment system from Spotify though...
