My Question or Issue

Recently I received the notification that spotify can't process my PayPal payment. I wanted to switch my paypal account, however, I maybe read the wrong article, so first of all I canceled my subscription and then tried to renew it but I have no possibility to login with another PayPal acc. I'm clicking paypal during payment, clicking button "Start mya premium" and always receive the message "Something went wrong. Try again or check help page".

Don't understand how I can delete my paypal from account, how can I link another account?

I definitely think that I should have to update my payment info with no canceling the subscription.

Sorry to hear you've been jumping through hoops to get the Spotify Premium subscription.

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to resubscribe here.
