Hello, i can not do the payment because the country of my mastercard neteller is not the same than where i live, i think the country of the neteller card is uk but i live in spain, is there any solution?

Unfortunately, there is not much you can do. According to the official statement:

The country of your payment method must match the one in your Spotify profile, so we can verify your location
