    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an E-Gift card for 1 month of spotify premium to be delievered via e-mail to the recepient on 06/02/2017 and the recepient has not recieved it. &amp;nbsp;I cannot go back to see whether or not I entered the correct e-mail address or not. &amp;nbsp;My order ID is 576259770051072. &amp;nbsp; I am confident the e-mail address was correct and i'm a bit frustrated with the lack of customer support available and the fact it just didn't work in the first place. &amp;nbsp;Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated, thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
