      <description>Thank you very much for your response, but I’ve done everything listed to no avail. I and SL at Spotify also tried unsuccessfully to put things right, but finally I cancelled Premium and a credit to my MC has been issued. So, I’m back to Free. ☹&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
