Does revoking access from Hulu plugin mean you will not be charged after that?

Hi @ofbd_1-w72fjb and welcome to the Community! 🙂
You would need to actually cancel the Hulu plan in order to not be charged. Revoking the PlugIn will only disconnect access authorization to any device that logs in.
