hey i cant pay for premium. i called my bank, there is no problem with bank or card. bank said that "its a spotify's problem, call spotify". but there is no telephone number for "Turkish" spotify customer service. then i decided to ask you HELP please!!!

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
