My Question or Issue

I subscribed for Spotify Premium trial ($9.99CAD/3months) and then decided i didn't want it anymore (on the same day) so I cancelled my Spotify Premium, but it has still charged me for the 3 month trial that I paid for but haven't even USED, and I want to cancel the trial. Is there a way for me to get refunded and get the trial cancelled? I just want to go back to the regular free account, no trial or premium at all. Thanks.

Hey,

First of all You can cancel your Premium subscription any time. This will revert your account to our free, ad-supported service at the end of your current billing cycle. This means you can still benefit from your subscription until the end of the trial.

Unfortunatelly the payment has be allready made so a refund is not promised... but you have a chance of getting it if you contact the customer support service here.
