Spotify + Hulu - two options?

Under subscriptions there are two options for Spotify + Huku, one costing $9.99 and the other $12.99. Does the more expensive one include Hulu Unlimited rather than Limited?

The USD 9.99/month subscription only includes access to Spotify Premium.

The USD 12.99/month Spotify Premium with Hulu Offer (currently only available in the USA) includes access to Spotify Premium as well as the Hulu Limited Commercials plan, which includes unlimited streaming of exclusive series, hit movies, Hulu originals, and more, on your favourite devices.

If you’re currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, you might be eligible for the Premium for Students and Hulu discount.

Note: It's not possible to upgrade to the Hulu No Commercials or Live TV plans, or to any Hulu Premium add-ons.
