Yeah, I'm trying to avail the promo of spotify of premium of 9 pesos for 3 months with Paymaya. I tried using different internet connections, browsers, devices and still, it doesn't work.

Good Day,

My sister experienced the exact problem only today. Using Paymaya as a payment method is normal in the Philippines. It is a virtual prepaid card to shop online and works as a virtual Visa or Mastercard, so I cannot see any reason for Spotify not to accept this type of payment.

Also, yesterday, I did a avail the 9php 3 months premium promo using Paymaya. But when my sister tried it today, it says "Payment Failed. Try again or use a different payment method."

Is there any reason for this? Is it an error or something?

Please help ASAP. Thanks

Hey @shepperlippi.

I suggest making sure the card meets the requirements on the picture attached to this post. You might need to contact your bank or card issuer to make sure it does.

Also, in case you're trying to use the same card to purchase the same promotion on your sister's account, remember that you can only one payment method per promotion. This means that you won't be able to use the same card on your sister's account.

I checked every requirement from the photo you sent me but it still won't work. We also use 2 different cards and she haven't subscribed to any promo during the past.

Update: Still doesn't work. Still getting the same ol' "Payment Failed" message.
