Unable to cancel my subscription

My Question or Issue

I recently got the 3 months for 99p subscription but now its saying that i am on a free account and it wont let me cancel it. I really dont want to get charged the full price after the subscription ends so if someone could help me out it would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Hey @Cj8086,

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Then you should be able to cancel your subscription 🙂
