My Question or Issue

Let me start by saying I do not enjoy Drake in any way, shape, or form. We pay for, and have enjoyed, Spotify family premium because we do not want ads to be a part of our Spotify experience. The past few days my browse page has been splatered with ads, disguised as curated playlists, for Drake's new album "Scorpion."

I would like a refund of the money I paid for this month's subscription because I am paying for advertised services that I am not receiving. This is consumer fraud.

Unable or unwilling -- tomato/tomato.

From what I have seen and read, I am not the only one unhappy with this new and interesting way so I hope that is enough to go on not to use this method again.

I am able to overlook it once if, as you say, this was an experiment. If, however, the same "in-your-face" method of pushing an artist (I don't care to listen to) down my throat is used again I may have to cancel and look for other services that accept my subscription money and don't impact my listening experience with forced ads.
