    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;we have a Problem with our Family Acc Subscription:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My Bank Account had no money on it. So they charged it and it fails. Two days later I send the money bymyself to the Spotify Bank Account data which tried to charge my bank account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now we don’t have any subscription and everyone got the free status.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;how long does it take to change it bank to a family account or is my money lost? And if it’s lost, how do I get my money back?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try contacting SpotifyCares and they might be able to refund you. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on &lt;A href="https://www.facebook.com/spotifycares" target="_self"&gt;Facebook&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares" target="_self"&gt;Twitter&lt;/A&gt;. They usually respond within 48 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
