My Question or Issue

When spotify tried to charge my PayPal account i didnt have any money on my account. I do now. So when will Spotify try again

Thanks for reaching out about this. Spotify will usually attempt to take payment a few time if there isn’t enough balance.

You can check your PayPal.com account to see if there is an authorization charge from Spotify, and to see if a charge from Spotify appears on there.

You can also check to see if your PayPal account is verified. If both hasn’t worked, you can follow some of the steps here: https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/payment_help/having-problems-using-paypal/
