    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Canada (Quebec province)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have been a premium subscriber for many years now without any issues. I now need to update my payment information for new ones, but when attempting to submit my new information there is a checkmark (see attached image). I do not believe I use a student discount, I've been subscribed here for 4 years now on the standard premium plan (not family).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="login-bold"&gt;I am already on a premium subscription so surely you still offer it? &lt;P&gt;It's odd that you can't continue without the checkmark. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you do use the checkmark, does the page take you to the discount or a different Spotify promotion?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a last resource, if you can't update your payment details due to this, you can &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-cancel-your-subscription/" target="_blank"&gt;cancel&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;the current subscription, and resubscribe from scratch once the account goes back to Free.&lt;/P&gt;
